For each specialty this person does, tick the days they can work it (one or more). Leave a row blank if they don't do that specialty. Scheduling only ever offers someone for a slot they are ticked for here. Whoever covers $ (Money) also covers any of SK, TR or 5S they are ticked for that same day (e.g. $ and 5S on Sunday covers the Sunday 5S slot too). Someone ticked for $ alone covers just the office. On any single date the duty calendar can still give one of those slots to a different officer (for example an exclusive TR officer).
