Range Safety & Card System
The safety rules as posted at the club ranges, and the card system used to run them.
Range Safety Rules
As posted at the club ranges, to encourage a safe shooting environment:
- Eye & ear protection required.
- Gun action open at all times — no shells in magazine or chamber.
- No shot size other than #8 or #9.
- No alcoholic drinks before or during shooting.
- Maximum 2 shells in gun at one time.
- Keep muzzle pointed in a safe direction at all times.
- No barrels over shoulder.
- Shooters under 18 must be with an adult at all times.
- Report any unsafe act to management.
- Management reserves the right to refuse usage or remove from premises anyone they decide is unsafe.
